We are an independent communications consultancy with a global footprint and we are seeking an Account Manager to join our team with immediate effect. Working with amazing clients such as Cheval Blanc (LVMH), Rome Cavalieri and W Koh Samui you will be immersed into a fast paced dynamic team.

Roles & Responsibilities

PR Strategy & Agency Growth

  • Act as a senior media lead, nurturing influential journalist relationships and continually expanding a best-in-class contact network for the benefit of our clients
  • Partner with Directors and specialist teams to develop imaginative, integrated PR strategies that align tightly with client objectives and sales ambitions.
  • Champion a client-first, agency-wide approach ensuring your travel expertise and creativity can deliver campaigns that are distinctive, credible and measurable.
  • Stay culturally and commercially connected, identifying emerging trends, talent and industry moments that can be translated into proactive news angles.

Client Relations & Commercial Ownership

  • Provide informed, strategic counsel grounded in deep sector knowledge and genuine understanding of each client’s brand DNA.
  • Design and implement engagement plans that protect revenue, unlock organic account growth, and support new projects and launches.
  • Support quarterly reviews and contract renewal planning, maintaining senior client contact and clear forward momentum.
  • Represent the business at industry events to support recruitment, partnerships and new business initiatives.

Team Leadership

  • Mentor and line-manage junior colleagues, supporting career pathing, skills development and confidence in media relations.
  • Help deliver robust induction, onboarding and offboarding processes that reflect our nurturing and high-performance culture.
  • Lead by example as a positive ambassador for the company at all times, contributing to a fun, inclusive and supportive working environment.
  • Collaborate with the Directors on team-building and Media Excellence initiatives.

We are Seeking:

  • 5 years plus experience in a PR Agency with a focus on luxury travel
  • A relevant undergraduate degree such as PR, journalism or English Literature is preferred but not essential
  • Experience with leading junior team members
  • Proficiency in a second language, such as French or Spanish, would be useful but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal.
  • A team player with great collaboration skills and will contribute willingly to the wider team goals
  • Creativity and enthusiasm: all ideas gratefully received and you demonstrate an interest in issues and areas beyond your immediate scope
  • Excellent attention to detail and are able to multitask - working effectively under pressure
