Job Opportunity: Account Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team in London, managing cleaning and support service operations for one of our most prestigious clients.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead the delivery of high-quality services across the account, ensuring exceptional standards and an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the day-to-day delivery of cleaning and support services.
  • Building strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders.
  • Managing budgets, reviewing costs and identifying opportunities for efficiencies and savings.
  • Taking ownership of the account’s P&L performance.
  • Preparing monthly management information and KPI reports.
  • Ensuring contractual, operational, Health and Safety, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
  • Leading, developing and motivating your team, embedding our vision and values.
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement across the account.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow the existing account and support wider business development.

About You

You will have a proven track record of successfully managing a comparable account within the commercial cleaning or facilities management sector.

You will also have:

  • Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and P&L.
  • Experience creating, reviewing and controlling costing sheets.
  • The ability to prepare and present accurate monthly, financial and KPI reports.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial cleaning processes, procedures and quality standards.
  • A passion for delivering best-in-class customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and drive high performance.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in vertical and specialist cleaning would be advantageous.
