B2B Account Manager - Mobile Solutions

As a B2B Account Manager, you'll become the trusted voice of Samsung's Mobile B2B business, working with enterprise customers to strengthen partnerships, maximise account potential, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role where no two days are the same.

Location: Samsung HQ / Chertsey (minimum 4 days per week)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with Samsung enterprise customers via phone, email and virtual meetings.
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts across Samsung's portfolio of smartphones, tablets, PCs, wearables and connected solutions.
  • Keep customers informed on new products, roadmaps and innovations, helping them maximise the value of Samsung's B2B ecosystem.
  • Understand customer needs, qualify opportunities and collaborate with field sales teams to drive successful outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular updates on account performance and pipeline activity.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support customer campaigns, virtual workshops and strategic initiatives.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience that drives retention, loyalty and revenue growth.

What We're Looking For:

You'll be a confident relationship builder with a commercial mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience managing B2B accounts or supporting enterprise customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust over the phone, via email and through virtual meetings.
  • A proven ability to identify sales opportunities and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • A good understanding of mobile technology, enterprise IT environments and business processes.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Samsung's B2B portfolio.
  • Experience with Samsung Knox, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Android Enterprise or enterprise licensing solutions.
