We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to act as the bridge between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, oversee end-to-end project execution, contribute to new business pitches and presentations, identify growth opportunities, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time while exceeding client expectations. We are seeking candidates with native-level English communication skills to effectively manage client interactions and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into clear briefs for internal creative, strategy, and execution teams.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with creative, content, design, and performance marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Lead client meetings, present campaign ideas, reports, and project updates with confidence.
  • Work closely with strategy and creative teams on new business pitches by coordinating requirements, developing proposals, and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while proactively resolving challenges.
  • Track campaign performance and provide clients with actionable insights, recommendations, and regular updates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, client businesses, and competitor activities to deliver strategic solutions and strengthen client partnerships.
