About Growth HQ
Growth HQ is a fast-growing, full-funnel affiliate marketing agency working with enterprises, startups, and scale-ups across fintech, retail, health, and beyond. We go far beyond traditional affiliate marketing (vouchers and cashback) — our clients see the true incremental value our growing partner network adds to their business.
The Role in a Nutshell
You are responsible for your client portfolio’s success and longevity - working closely with the leadership team to ensure your clients, key publishers and direct reports thrive. You own the revenue your client portfolio and team contribute to the agency, including onboarding new clients, growing existing accounts, and negotiating/renewing contracts. You stay on top of account performance, know what it takes to hit KPIs, explain campaign performance, spot growth opportunities, and support your team with the data and deal closing they need to grow accounts. Over time, you make yourself indispensable - taking projects/work off the leadership’s plate to grow your skills and drive maximum impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
