Profound is the marketing platform for the age of AI search

The way brands reach people is being rewritten — AI models like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode are now the answer layer between companies and their customers. We built the platform marketers use to understand, measure, and win in that world: the analytics, intelligence, and agent automation that turn AI search from a threat into a competitive advantage.

We went from 0 to a $1B valuation in 18 months. Revenue grew 100x last year. Our customers include 15% of the Fortune 500 like Walmart, Wayfair and U.S. Bank, and innovators like Ramp, MongoDB, and Figma. We are backed by Sequoia, Kleiner Perkins, LSVP, and Khosla Ventures — and we are moving fast enough that the people joining now are building the playbook everyone who comes after them will run.

As an Account Manager, Agency

You'll be at the center of this transformation and drive growth across your customers. You'll partner directly with Profound’s agency partners’ executives and key stakeholders to understand their business goals, address pain points, and ensure Profound is delivering clear, measurable ROI for the agencies and for their end clients. Working closely with our Agency Engagement Managers and Agency Account Executives, you'll connect platform usage and engagement to real business outcomes, and expand relationships both within agencies and with their end clients.

What you’ll do

  • Own a portfolio of 40 to 60 accounts (depends on contract values) and be directly responsible for renewal and expansion revenue
  • Co-manage the customer lifecycle with the Agency Engagement Management team from onboarding through expansions and renewals, identifying opportunities to deepen adoption and value for the agency and their clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s goals, workflows, and organization to position Profound as a must-have partner
  • Partner with agencies to build strong relationships with enterprise brands along the way, empowering agency stakeholders and their client stakeholders
  • Build organizational maps of agencies to expand relationships and impact
  • Build and manage a pipeline of renewals, cross-sells, and upsells against monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Lead commercial conversations including executive business reviews and negotiations for multi-product renewals and upsells
  • Forecast with precision using CRM data and pipeline management best practices to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Drive mutual value for agencies who are part of the Profound Partners program, in collaboration with the Ecosystem team (joint GTM, training and enablement, etc.)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Agency Account Executives and Agency Engagement Managers to deliver a seamless agency partnership experience and surface insights that drive adoption

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
