Salary: £35,000–£40,000 P/A + bonus Level: Manager Hours: Full time (09:30–17:30 Monday–Thursday, with an early finish Friday) Location: North London - Hybrid

Account Manager
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding influencer marketing campaigns for our clients. You’ll manage campaigns from brief through to completion, build strong day-to-day client relationships and coordinate closely with creators and our internal teams to ensure every campaign is delivered smoothly, creatively and to a high standard. Working closely with the Senior Account Manager and Account Director, you’ll take ownership of your accounts and campaigns while continuing to develop your strategic, commercial and client leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Client Partnership & Account Management
- Build strong, trusted day-to-day relationships with clients.
- Develop a clear understanding of each client’s brand, objectives and campaign goals.
- Act as a reliable point of contact, providing proactive updates and solutions.
- Support the Senior Account Manager and Account Director in developing long-term client relationships.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client partnerships.
Campaign Management & Delivery
- Manage influencer campaigns from briefing and creator selection through to content delivery, reporting and completion.
- Build clear campaign timelines and ensure deadlines, deliverables and approvals stay on track.
- Coordinate creator communications, content approvals and campaign requirements.
- Manage campaign budgets responsibly and ensure projects remain within agreed scope.
- Collaborate across Creative, Strategy, Talent, Operations and Finance to deliver seamless campaigns.
- Anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions before they impact delivery.

Client Servicing & Communication
- Lead day-to-day client communication across your accounts and campaigns.
- Run client status calls and provide clear, organised campaign updates.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with clients, creators and internal stakeholders.
- Escalate risks appropriately while taking ownership of finding solutions.
- Ensure clients consistently receive a high standard of service.
Reporting, Insights & Proposals
- Support campaign reporting and analyse performance against agreed KPIs.
- Turn campaign results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Participate in campaign wash-ups to identify successes, challenges and learnings.
- Contribute to proposals, presentations and pitch decks.
- Bring knowledge of social trends, creators and platform developments into campaign planning.
Team Collaboration & Development
- Work collaboratively with Account Executives and the wider Agency team.
- Support junior team members with campaign delivery and day-to-day guidance.
- Share knowledge, ideas and best practice across the team.
- Take ownership of your own development and actively seek feedback.
- Contribute positively to Connect’s high-energy, collaborative culture.
Account Growth & Performance
- Deliver consistently against campaign and account KPIs.
- Maintain strong levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop commercial awareness across your accounts and budgets.
- Spot opportunities for additional campaigns, services and partnership growth.
- Support senior team members in developing existing client accounts.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, creative agency or account management.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social platforms and the creator economy.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns, timelines and stakeholders.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Confident client communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and understand the commercial side of campaign delivery.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can move quickly.
- Collaborative, curious and keen to continue learning and developing.

- You confidently own the day-to-day management of your accounts.
