About The Role
As Account Manager and Retentions Advisor you will be responsible for managing merchant retention activity across a varied portfolio of customers. You will take ownership of cases from initial contact through to final resolution.
What You’ll Do
- Provide fast and accurate answers to existing customers
- Adhering to service level agreements (SLA’s)
- General sales administration duties
What you bring:
- A consistent approach and high attention to detail
- Positive outlook and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong business sense and market knowledge
- Using initiative and taking ownership to drive through results
- An ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
