  • Own end-to-end strategic relationships with a portfolio of key suppliers, ensuring client and supplier satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with senior partners, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Manage all commercial aspects of relationships, including negotiation of pricing and contractual terms.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, leading cross-functional teams on value-driving initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact business health and performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement high-impact programs.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or in Business Development and Sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to building lasting relationships.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively with various business functions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of customer bases, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of addressing complex business challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, marketing, or another relevant field.
