Join a fast-growing B2B tech agency with big ambitions and real momentum. Work with innovative and world-leading brands to deliver integrated campaigns that create amazing opportunities and drive growth across the globe.

We’re looking for an Account Manager who’s ready to take ownership of client relationships and campaigns, working closely with teams across the agency to deliver brilliant work.

You’ll be given the space to own your accounts, build strong relationships with clients and make things happen – with the support of an experienced Consultancy team around you.

It’s a great opportunity to make a real impact across our clients, the wider team and the agency as we continue to grow.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll be an important link between our clients and internal teams, taking ownership of day-to-day relationships and ensuring campaigns and projects run smoothly from brief through to delivery.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and delivering an outstanding client experience.
  • Managing day-to-day client communications, responding to requests and keeping clients informed throughout projects and campaigns.
  • Taking client briefs and translating them into clear, concise briefs for our creative, content, media, digital and wider specialist teams.
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality work that meets the client brief, budget and deadlines.
  • Keeping projects moving, proactively identifying challenges and finding solutions when priorities or requirements change.
  • Developing a strong understanding of your clients’ businesses, industries, competitors and wider commercial objectives.
  • Identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and grow existing accounts.
  • Supporting the development of proposals, pitches and client presentations.
  • Setting meeting agendas and maintaining clear records of decisions, actions and next steps.
  • Keeping agency systems and project information accurate and up to date.
  • Managing multiple clients, campaigns and priorities while maintaining a high standard of delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience working with B2B clients would be ideal, particularly within technology, but we’re equally open to people with a mix of B2B and B2C experience. More importantly, you’ll bring strong agency account management experience and an appetite to learn.

How we work

You’ll also embody how we work:

  • Think bigger. You don’t let someone else’s imagination or fear hold you back.
