Account Manager | Vehicle Leasing & Fleet | Leeds | £45,000–£50,000 + Company Car + Bonus
Own the biggest accounts. Lead from the front. Drive a new BMW or Merc every three months.
I'm working with a fast-growing vehicle rental and leasing business. Yorkshire bred, nationally focused, and ranked in the top 35 of the FN50 (the UK's biggest leasing companies). They own their entire fleet on-site. They're moving into a serious new phase of growth. This role exists because of it.
The package:
- £45k–£50k basic + discretionary quarterly bonus (personal + company performance)
- Premium company car, swapped every 3 months (think BMW X3, Mercedes GLC etc)
- Silverstone track day and other company events
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Five days in the office, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm.

The role:
This is a step up from standard account management. You'll own a portfolio of strategic corporate accounts, the big, important ones, as their primary point of contact, keeping relationships tight and service exceptional. But it's part senior AM, part leadership: you'll also coach and mentor the wider team of Account Managers and Executives in time, build strategic account plans, run business reviews, lead renewals and major tenders, and drive revenue through smart cross-sell and upsell.

What they're looking for:
- B2B account management experience.
- Not essential but if you have industry background vehicle rental, leasing or fleet management this is a bonus
- A natural relationship-builder who's comfortable with senior decision-makers
- A genuine interest in cars goes a long way here.
