Hungry for success? Build accounts. Win business. Earn big commission.

Hawk3 Talent Solutions, acting as a recruitment agency, is recruiting experienced Account Managers on behalf of a growing aviation business that has recently secured investment and is entering an exciting period of expansion.

This is an opportunity for a hungry, commercially driven aviation sales professional who knows the industry, has strong customer relationships and wants the freedom to make a real impact - with an OTE that genuinely rewards performance.

The Opportunity

You'll join an established sales team, working alongside experienced sales professionals in a genuinely supportive environment where everyone works in teams.

This isn't a role where you're simply handed a list of accounts and expected to maintain them.

You'll be expected to grow existing clients, reactivate lapsed accounts, develop new relationships, and generate profit.

The business has warm leads, RFQs, and existing clients with significant growth potential, but they are looking for someone who is also self-sufficient and hungry enough to create their own opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
