Pembrokeshire | Office-Based | Uncapped Commission
Are you an experienced salesperson who enjoys picking up the phone, developing relationships and turning conversations into business?
I’m working with an established and growing veterinary equipment business in Pembrokeshire, looking to add an Account Manager to their small, highly experienced sales team.
You do not need veterinary or Animal Health experience. We’re much more interested in finding someone who can genuinely sell. The product and industry can be taught.
The Role
This is an office-based, full sales-cycle position where you’ll develop new business while building long-term relationships with existing customers.
- You’ll be responsible for outbound prospecting, identifying opportunities, understanding customer requirements, preparing solutions and ultimately closing the sale.
- The products are technical and higher-value, so this isn’t scripted telesales or simply processing inbound orders. You’ll be expected to learn the portfolio, ask the right questions and build credibility with your customers.
- You’ll join a close-knit team of three experienced Account Managers, each with between 5-12 years in the business, giving you plenty of knowledge and support to draw upon while still having autonomy over your accounts.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
