Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Job Title will support the branch’s daily operations, including assisting customers, processing orders, and ensuring a high standard of service.

Responsibilities

- Working with the sales team
- Coordinating with delivery drivers
- Maintaining stock levels
- Handling inquiries in person, by phone, and via email
The role involves collaborating closely with colleagues to meet branch targets, uphold health and safety standards, and contribute to a positive, efficient working environment. The successful candidate will be expected to learn product ranges, follow company procedures, and provide reliable, professional support to both customers and team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service, communicate clearly, and build positive relationships with a wide range of customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in handling orders, stock, and documentation.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced trade or retail environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
- Basic numerical skills and confidence using computers and business systems for order entry and customer support.
- Willingness to learn about electrical products and wholesale operations; prior experience in electrical wholesale or a similar sector is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to work on-site full time in the London Area, United Kingdom, following company health and safety and operational procedures.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, warehouses, trade counters, or sales environments is an advantage.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom and readiness to comply with all company policies and standards.
