Account Manager

Surrey | Hybrid Working | Up to £50,000 Basic + £40,000+ OTE

Are you an experienced Account Manager looking to join a growing Managed Service Provider where you'll inherit an established customer base and focus on building long-term client relationships rather than relentless cold calling?

James Adams is working with a successful and expanding Managed Service Provider that is looking to appoint an Account Manager to support its continued growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative sales team in a true account management position, helping customers maximize the value of their technology investments while identifying opportunities to introduce additional solutions and services.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers, developing trusted relationships, and driving organic revenue growth. Working closely with internal technical and delivery teams, you'll ensure clients receive an exceptional experience whilst identifying opportunities across the MSP's broad technology portfolio. This is a hybrid position, with a blend of home working and time spent in the Surrey office, as well as occasional customer meetings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
