Account Manager
Salary: circa £50,000
Remote with one day a week in their Norwich office
Our client is a multi-disciplinary brand, creative and digital agency with 30 years' experience. They combine strategy, design and technology to help brands communicate clearly and engage their audiences.
They are looking to expand their team and are hiring for both an Account Manager and an Account Executive.
As Account Manager you will be the day-to-day lead for a portfolio of clients, mainly in financial services and insurance. You will turn client needs into clear briefs, keep projects on time and on budget, and grow each account by spotting new opportunities across brand, digital, film and campaign work.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationships
- Be the main day-to-day contact for your clients, building trusted, long-term relationships with marketing and communications teams.
- Understand each client's business, audience and goals, and keep up to date with their sector.
- Lead status meetings, presentations and creative reviews.

Briefing and Project Delivery
- Gather requirements and write clear, focused briefs for the strategy, creative, digital and film teams.
- Plan and manage projects end to end, from kick-off to delivery: timelines, resources, feedback rounds and sign-off.
- Manage multiple projects at once, from branding and websites to campaigns, events, film and social content.
- Quality-check all work so it is accurate, on-brand and meets the brief.
Commercial Management
- Prepare estimates, quotes and scopes of work; track budgets, time and billing.
- Manage scope changes and keep projects profitable.
- Grow accounts by identifying and pitching new work and cross-selling the agency's full range of services.
- Support new business pitches and proposals.

Team and Process
- Work closely with designers, developers, strategists and producers, keeping everyone aligned.
- Keep project and client records up to date in agency systems.
- Support and guide Account Executives where relevant.
About You
- 3+ years in account management at a creative, design, branding or digital agency working with clients within Financial or Professional Services is a must.
- Proven experience running multiple projects across brand, print, digital, websites and campaigns.
- Confident managing budgets, estimates and timelines, with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior clients.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A good understanding of the creative and digital production process.
