Job Summary
We are seeking a driven, strategic, and relationship-focused Account Manager to develop and maintain long-term commercial partnerships with our hotel partners. The destination focus will be Benelux but the role forms part of the North West Europe team and will have scope in other areas within the region too. In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of hotel accounts, nurture strong partner relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
You will play a pivotal role in our tandem model, working closely with the Account Optimisation Manager to align on strategy, deliver compelling value propositions, lead strategic negotiations, and ensure strong commercial performance across your assigned portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with partners to present tailored, strategic value propositions.
- Clearly communicate the unique benefits of partnering with Hotelbeds.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations with both new and existing partners.
- Secure favourable terms and close high-value commercial agreements.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to improve contracting quality and conversion rates.
- Monitor, analyse, and act on key performance metrics to maximise portfolio results.
- Integrate HBX Group ecosystem solutions into partner strategies.
- Identify, source, and onboard new strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to support the activation of acquired partners.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date information across all internal systems and tools.

Skillset and Experience Required
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strategic account planning capabilities.
- Strong data analysis and insight-generation skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Adaptability and solution-oriented mindset.
- In-depth understanding of the London hotel market.
- Ability to work independently while contributing proactively to the team.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using tools such as Salesforce and Tableau.
