Account Manager – Brand Partnerships | London
I’m working with a leading independent marketing agency looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their growing Entertainment Partnerships team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across high-profile entertainment and consumer brands, developing innovative partnerships and promotions around major film, TV and entertainment launches.
You’ll be responsible for identifying, pitching, negotiating and closing brand partnerships that align with campaign strategies and major entertainment releases.
The Role
- Develop and manage creative brand partnership opportunities from initial idea through to delivery.
- Identify potential partners that align with audience, campaign and commercial objectives.
- Lead pitches and presentations to prospective brand partners.
- Negotiate partnerships and commercials to secure high-quality campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners and senior stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure partnerships are delivered effectively.
- Stay on top of consumer trends, entertainment, brands and cultural innovation to identify new opportunities.
- Support the wider team with ideas, insight and strategic thinking.

About You
We're looking for someone with proven experience in brand partnerships, promotions or entertainment marketing, who combines strong commercial instincts with excellent client servicing skills.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience working in brand partnerships, entertainment, promotions, sponsorship or integrated marketing.
- A proven track record of developing and securing commercial partnerships.
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence pitching ideas and negotiating with external partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A good understanding of consumer brands, entertainment and current cultural trends.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial and commercially minded approach.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced agency environment.
- A genuine team mentality and willingness to get stuck in.
