About Pear
Pear is an official TikTok Shop partner. We help FMCG, Beauty, health and many more brands grow on TikTok Shop: activating creators and affiliates, setting up and running the shop, live selling, and putting paid spend behind the content that is already converting. We are a small team with a growing client base and a clear methodology for getting brands selling.
The Role
We are hiring an Account Manager to look after a portfolio of our brand clients. You will be the main point of contact for the brands you manage, responsible for keeping their accounts running smoothly, their campaigns on track, and their results moving in the right direction.
This is a client-facing delivery role. You sit between the brands and our internal team, making sure the work gets done to a high standard and the client always knows where things stand.
What you'll do
- Act as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of brand accounts and build strong working relationships with each client.
- Manage the delivery of each client's TikTok Shop activity, coordinating creator outreach, content, shop management and paid campaigns with our internal team.
- Keep clients informed with clear, regular updates and performance reporting.
- Track account performance against targets and raise issues or opportunities early.
- Lead client calls, review meetings and onboarding for new brands.
- Look for ways to grow each account and work with the team to deliver them.
- Keep projects organised, on schedule and to the standard our clients expect.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
