Context

Social Supermarket is the fastest growing sustainable gifting and branded merchandise provider in the UK. We believe in the power of impactful & personalised gifts to drive deeper connections and our vision is to become the UK’s most trusted supplier of impact led products. Our goal is to help clients “ditch the disposable” and move away from unremarkable and wasteful branded merchandise towards unique and impactful merchandise with high “desk presence”.

In particular, branded merchandise has been our fastest growing product category in the last two years and we are now looking to scale this up. We partner with hundreds of clients who are looking for sustainable alternatives to traditional wasteful merchandise. For every order we also offer clients a personalised impact report that translates their purchases to positive social and environmental impact.

We’re looking to hire an experienced sales person who is keen to work with impact led products and whose role will be focussed on providing branded merchandise and gifting solutions to our top corporate customers. This person should be able to demonstrate a track record of selling branded merchandise and / or gifting to larger corporate clients. This could be a role for you if you are someone with a passion for purpose led challenger brands and excited at the prospect to roll up your sleeves in an entrepreneurial setting.

Job Description:

As an account manager for merchandise and gifting, you will be working with an existing book of our largest corporate clients, looking to expand and deepen these existing relationships, including targeting to become the dedicated supplier of merchandise and gifting.

You will be sourcing and presenting the most exciting products that also have tangible social or environmental impact. Think branded plants that empower women in prison to notebooks made from stone that fund clean drinking water projects. Working closely with our partners and internal teams, you will champion our sustainable products, fostering strong relationships and driving sales performance to achieve ambitious targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
