Account Manager

Leeds | Hybrid

£35k

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading connected commerce agency in Leeds, working with ambitious brands to maximise their performance across Amazon and the wider retail media landscape.

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of key clients, acting as their trusted advisor and leading the delivery of integrated strategies across Amazon, retail media, paid media, and digital channels. You'll help shape campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and ensure every client receives an exceptional service.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of clients, becoming their trusted strategic partner.
  • Leading campaign planning, performance reviews, and regular client meetings.
  • Developing integrated growth strategies across Amazon, marketplaces, and digital channels.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns on time and to the highest standard.
  • Turning data and performance insights into clear commercial recommendations.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow client accounts and support new business initiatives.
  • Overseeing campaign budgets, reporting, and commercial performance.

About you

You'll have experience managing digital marketing clients within an agency or ecommerce environment and be confident leading client conversations. You'll be highly organised, commercially aware, and comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Amazon Ads, marketplaces, retail media, or social commerce would be highly advantageous, alongside strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
