Account Manager – Hospitality SaaS

📍 Remote working – London based

💰 Competitive salary + performance-based incentives

Are you a commercially minded Account Manager who knows the hospitality world?

Our client, an ambitious Hospitality SaaS business, is looking for their first Account Manager in the UK. You’ll have full ownership of the customer base — building relationships, protecting revenue, identifying growth opportunities and helping define what great Account Management looks like as the company scales.

Experience in Hospitality SaaS or the wider hospitality sector would be a big advantage. More importantly, they’re looking for someone who can combine excellent client management with the commercial instinct to retain and grow accounts.

This role will:

  • Own the commercial relationship with UK & Irish customers from handover through renewal and beyond.
  • Proactively manage account health and work with Customer Success to identify and resolve churn risks.
  • Own renewal and contract conversations, ensuring customers continue to get the right value as they grow.
  • Identify and close upsell and expansion opportunities, including new sites, additional modules and larger roll-outs.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and turn happy customers into advocates, referrals and case studies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This role needs:

  • Experience in Account Management, Customer Success or another client-facing commercial role.
  • Strong commercial nous – comfortable with renewals, upsell, MRR, churn risk and account growth, rather than simply managing relationships.
  • Highly desirable: experience within hospitality, restaurants, hospitality tech or food service, particularly working with multi-site operators.
  • A confident, clear communicator who can build credibility with clients and handle difficult conversations when needed.
  • Strong organisation and the ability to work autonomously managing a growing portfolio of accounts.
