About Fanbase

Our mission at Fanbase is simple.

We want to help every sports organisation outside of the top 1% globally deliver a world-class experience to their fans inside and outside of their venue.

We are doing this by building the best platform on the market, which is a game changer for your local grassroots club down the road, as well as some of the largest challenger sports teams in the world and everything in between.

So far, Fanbase provides sports organisations with a platform that covers ticketing, VIP bookings, subscriptions and content, and we have an exciting (and constantly evolving...) product roadmap. We are growing quickly, have received recognition from industry leaders and awards, and now we’re set on establishing ourselves as an industry leader.

You will help us achieve our goals by 🚀

  • Helping our sports organisation partners become the best they can be
  • Owning a portfolio of clubs from onboarding to renewal, as their main point of contact
  • Running regular check-ins and account reviews that keep clubs growing season on season
  • Building trusted relationships so clubs treat you as part of their team
  • Watching account health to catch any signs of drift and spot clubs ready to do more
  • Turning platform data into clear advice that grows ticket, membership and loyalty revenue
  • Training club staff to use Fanbase confidently, remotely or in person
  • Getting out to clubs regularly, including new teams' first matchdays
  • Feeding club insight back to product and testing new features with your accounts

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
