As demand for our expertise continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join our thriving Central Government team.
The Opportunity
Technology is transforming Government at an unprecedented pace. AI, automation, cloud adoption, cyber resilience, and data-driven decision making are reshaping how public services are delivered.
As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in helping our customers navigate that transformation.
Working alongside senior technology leaders, delivery teams, and subject matter experts, you will build trusted relationships with key Government stakeholders, identify emerging opportunities, and help position CACI as a strategic partner for some of the UK's most exciting technology programmes.
This is far more than a traditional account management role. You'll be engaging with customers on challenges involving:
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
- Data Platforms and Analytics
- Cloud Transformation
- Software Engineering
- Platform Engineering & DevSecOps
- Digital Transformation Programmes
- Secure Mission-Critical Systems

What You'll Be Doing
Build Strategic Client Relationships
- Develop and own relationships across a portfolio of Central Government customers.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Drive Growth
- Identify, qualify, and shape new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical experts to create compelling client solutions.
- Expand CACI's presence within existing accounts and new customer areas.
Lead Opportunities & Bids
- Manage opportunities through the full business development lifecycle.
- Lead bid activities and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop compelling value propositions and winning solutions.
- Support major framework and direct-award opportunities.
Market Intelligence
- Track technology trends, customer priorities, and competitor activity.
- Share insight across the business to influence strategy and proposition development.
- Help identify future opportunities within emerging technology areas.
Collaboration
- Work closely with our Technology, Delivery, Resourcing, and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure we can successfully deliver for our customers.
- Support customer success by helping resolve challenges and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships throughout engagements.
The Fit
We are interested in speaking with experienced individuals who have relevant Public Sector, Central Government sector, or technical consultancy experience, either as Account Managers or with transferable delivery-focused skills that would enable them to manage the responsibilities outlined above with appropriate support.
The Account Manager will be expected to meet customers at various locations across the UK and regularly visit our Bristol office as required.
Due to the industries we work in, we require all our team to be able to obtain security clearance. To qualify for this, you must be a British passport holder and have lived permanently in the UK for the last 5 years.
