About Hunterlodge
Hunterlodge Advertising is a leading full-service marketing agency delivering innovative, insight-led campaigns across Higher Education, Healthcare, Financial Services, Professional Services, and B2B sectors.
We combine strategic thinking, creative excellence, AI, data, and media expertise to help our clients achieve measurable commercial outcomes. As we continue to grow, we're looking for ambitious Account Managers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking ownership of both client relationships and campaign delivery.
The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Account Manager to join our growing team.
This is not a traditional client servicing role. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of campaign delivery, understands how digital marketing channels work, and is confident challenging performance to ensure every campaign delivers exceptional results.
You'll own a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the central point between our clients and our specialist teams across Media, Performance, Strategy, Creative, AI Visibility, Content, and Analytics. You'll ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, projects stay on track, and opportunities to improve performance are continually identified.
You'll become a trusted adviser to your clients while taking ownership of campaign delivery, commercial performance, and project management.
This role offers a clear progression pathway towards Senior Account Manager and Account Director.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
