Are you an exceptional relationship builder who thrives on growing existing accounts and driving real change? Do you want to use your commercial talent to help end the era of single-use waste?
The Mission
Disrupt. Reuse. Scale.
In the UK alone, we generate 10.7 billion items of packaging waste annually. Less than 9% is recycled. At Cauli, we aren't just tweaking the system; we are completely redesigning it.
Our Vision
We dream of a world where reuse replaces single-use food & drink packaging.
We are a fast-growing, UK-based Climate Tech start-up using IoT and AI-driven solutions to make that dream a reality. To date, we have prevented over half a million pieces of waste. Now, we are scaling.
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and highly personable Account Manager to join our team. You won't just be managing clients—you will be their strategic partner, driving engagement, unlocking expansion opportunities, and ensuring our reuse solution becomes indispensable to their operations.
A Note on Our Environment
Let’s be transparent: this is a fast-paced, high-demand start-up environment, and it isn't for everyone. We work in a small, tight-knit team where expectations are high, priorities shift fast, and there are no large corporate safety nets or dedicated account support teams to delegate to. We need a true "do-er"—someone who excels in face-to-face client interactions, loves being out in the field, and thrives under pressure.
The Role
You will own post-sale client relationships across corporate sites, food service providers, and catering partners. Your job is commercial, strategic, and relational: keeping high-demand clients delighted, driving engagement, attending industry events, and growing contract value.
- Account Growth & Upselling: Hit and exceed revenue targets by identifying expansion opportunities, adding new client sites, and securing contract renewals.
- In-Person Client Presence: Build deep, trust-based relationships through regular face-to-face meetings. You will frequently be on-site at client headquarters, walking corporate cafeterias, meeting key stakeholders, and keeping decision-makers fully aligned with Cauli.
- Events & Activations: Represent Cauli at industry expos, client launches, and sustainability events. You will bring high energy whether pitching to executives at a trade show or running user-engagement pop-ups in client locations.
- Creative Adoption Campaigns: Every client culture is different. You will design creative campaign strategies, behavioral nudges, and promotional initiatives to get employees excited about using our tech.
- Translating Data to Value: Use data from our IoT/AI platform to deliver compelling ROI and ESG reports, showing client leadership the exact impact of our partnership.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Proven Commercial Track Record: 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, ideally within B2B Tech, Hospitality Tech, or Food Service/Catering accounts.

- High Field Energy: You enjoy being on the move, attending industry events, visiting client locations across London, and representing the brand in person.
