About The Role
We are looking for an Account Manager with consumer brand PR experience to join our stellar and ambitious team, creating unmissable campaigns that earn attention, awards, and plaudits among consumers and the PR industry.
You will bring strong consumer brand experience, excellent media relationships, and a passion for culture and storytelling. Confident in leading integrated campaigns, you will have experience delivering events, influencer partnerships, talent activations, and creative earned media campaigns, alongside exceptional project management skills.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on two iconic consumer brands, helping to develop and execute award-winning creative campaigns and earned media strategies that drive impact, influence culture, and deliver measurable business results. Key Responsibilities
- Establish strong relationships with client decision makers to understand their priorities and state of their business; use that knowledge to provide them with strategic recommendations
- Support the day to day client lead in the development of strategic and tactical plans
- Keep a keen eye on how evolving plans and priorities impact client campaigns including creative assets, copy, and promotion timings
- Day to day management of junior team members
- Drive the creation and ongoing plans to achieve our clients’ vision
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure creative is built in to take full advantage of integrated campaigns
- Keep teams apprised of relevant trends and opportunities that can add value to our clients and to our team
- Maintain close relationships with journalists and leverage those relationships for unique client opportunities
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the nuances of your clients and how best to meet their needs and objectives
- Assist with managing account finances

What Are We Looking For
- Previous experience at Senior Account Executive/Account Manager level in consumer PR / communications in an agency setting
- A strategic thinker, manager, and collaborator
- Experience managing team members
- Comfortable leading multiple projects simultaneously
- Media savvy with media contacts to ensure we generate standout coverage
- Excellent written skills for press and media facing materials
- A team member who contributes to an inclusive culture and role models inclusive behaviours
