Account Manager – Consumer PR

Central London | Hybrid

£36,000 - £40,000

The Company

We’re working with a growing independent creative PR agency in Central London that is looking for an Account Manager to join its growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Account Manager, or a strong Senior Account Executive ready to step up, who wants to work across some genuinely exciting, high-profile food, restaurant and hospitality brands.

The agency is small, ambitious and highly creative, with a non-corporate culture where everyone has the opportunity to contribute ideas, take ownership and make an impact.

The Role

  • Take day-to-day ownership of a portfolio of food, drink and hospitality clients
  • Build strong relationships and act as a key client contact
  • Develop and deliver creative PR campaigns and activations
  • Drive proactive media relations and secure impactful coverage
  • Develop strong stories, pitches and content
  • Bring ideas to brainstorms and help shape creative concepts
  • Support and mentor junior members of the team
  • Work closely with senior agency leadership
  • Get involved in new business and agency growth

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
