As our Account Manager – Contract Manufacturing, you’ll own and develop relationships with our manufacturing customers, becoming their key point of contact and ensuring we deliver an exceptional experience.

You’ll work across our manufacturing teams to keep orders on track, manage forecasts and customer requirements, solve problems, and identify opportunities for new products and account growth.

Importantly, you’ll also have the opportunity to shape how we manage our customers, improve processes, and grow your role as Zendlabs scales.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and develop a portfolio of manufacturing customers
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Coordinate manufacturing and repeat orders across internal teams
  • Manage forecasts, requirements, and delivery expectations
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and proactively
  • Identify new SKU, product, and account growth opportunities
  • Support commercial reviews, pricing, and renewals
  • Maintain accurate customer information within CRM and ERP/MRP systems
  • Help develop and improve our customer processes as we grow

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years’ experience in account management or customer relationship management
  • Ideally experience within contract manufacturing, supplements, nutraceuticals, food, FMCG, or a related manufacturing environment
  • Commercially minded with experience growing existing accounts
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
  • CRM and ERP/MRP experience
