Winning a referral partner is only the start — we're looking for an Account Manager to own the relationship with Homey's introducers and panel partners after they're signed, keeping referral volume flowing and partners genuinely satisfied with how their clients are looked after.

You'll report to the Business Unit Manager for this part of Homey, and work closely with our Pod Leads. Your KPI: referral volume from managed accounts against target.

What you'll do

  • Stay in regular contact with active introducers; spot and act on falling referral volumes before they become a trend.
  • Run scheduled account reviews and maintain an account plan per partner (volume target, baseline, growth actions, key contacts).
  • Manage fee queries, referral fee reconciliation and contract renewals, escalating commercial changes to the Business Unit Manager.
  • Resolve partner service issues alongside the relevant Pod Lead, and deliver same-day resolutions where you can.
  • Grow existing accounts by winning additional branches, offices or fee earners within the same introducer.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
