Account Manager – B2B Technology / Channel Marketing
South West London – Hybrid, three days per week in the office
£35,000–£40,000 depending on experience
Are you an agency Account Manager with excellent project-management skills and experience delivering creative marketing communications?
We’re working with an established marketing agency looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join its channel marketing team. You’ll work with a major technology client, managing the production of marketing toolkits and communications designed to engage B2B audiences and support channel partners.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone comfortable managing several creative projects simultaneously, coordinating clients and internal teams, and taking work from the initial brief through to final delivery.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of marketing toolkits, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget
- Producing execution guides, one-pagers and sell-in presentations
- Briefing copywriters and designers, providing clear direction and requirements
- Reviewing and editing content and creative work against client expectations and brand guidelines
- Coordinating client feedback and ensuring amendments are completed accurately
- Managing the localisation of content for different international markets
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and resolving issues before they affect delivery
- Providing regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring completed materials are published and accessible to channel partners
- Supporting additional channel-marketing activities and events

What we’re looking for
- Account management experience gained within a marketing, creative or integrated agency
- A broad understanding of marketing and communications across multiple disciplines
- Strong project-management skills and experience taking creative work from brief to completion
- Experience managing elements of creative, digital or print production
- Excellent written communication skills, with the confidence to review and improve content
- The ability to develop client relationships while remaining close to the detail of individual projects
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Commercial awareness and experience monitoring project budgets
- A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach

Experience in channel marketing, technology or telecoms would be beneficial, but it isn’t essential. Applications are also welcomed from strong agency Account Managers with relevant B2B and integrated marketing experience.
The role requires a minimum of three days per week in the South West London office.
