Account Manager – Cyber Security & Risk Solutions
Location: Leeds (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000–£40,000 + Fantastic Commission Scheme

Our Client is an established cyber security consultancy helping organisations improve cyber resilience through security, risk and compliance services. Working with SMEs through to enterprise organisations, they deliver managed security, offensive security, governance and consultancy solutions that help customers reduce risk and meet regulatory requirements.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join an established commercial team. You'll be responsible for managing and developing an existing portfolio of customers, building long-term relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring clients gain maximum value from our clients cyber security portfolio. You'll work closely with technical consultants to deliver tailored solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an existing portfolio of customer accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across IT, Security, Risk and Compliance teams.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities.
- Conduct regular account reviews to understand customer objectives and future requirements.
- Present cyber security, risk and compliance solutions aligned to business needs.
- Prepare proposals alongside technical consultants.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and account plans.
- Work collaboratively with internal delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
- Achieve revenue, retention and account growth targets.
