Account Manager at RoyaltyRange

London · Hybrid — 3–4 days/week, Liverpool St Office

Salary: £40,000 + commission

Build Something From the Ground Up

InfobelPro is a sister company of RoyaltyRange and is scaling fast. We're doing it by becoming the reference database for royalty rates, transfer pricing, and IP valuation. We already work with Big 4 firms, multinational corporates, tax authorities, and leading law firms across Europe. Backed by an €800M private equity fund as part of the Datasharp Group, we're building one of Europe's fastest-growing data businesses, and we're just getting started.

This isn't a "manage a book of accounts and send emails" job. It's a "build relationships that drive growth" job. You'll have real ownership over your accounts, the freedom to shape how we engage with clients, and a direct impact on retention, expansion, and revenue.

The Role

We need someone who knows how to build relationships and turn them into long-term commercial partnerships.

As an Account Manager, you'll own a portfolio of existing RoyaltyRange clients, becoming their primary commercial point of contact. You'll make sure customers are getting value from our products, understand their evolving needs, identify opportunities to expand their use of our data, and ultimately make sure they stay with us.

You'll work closely with Sales, SDRs, Product, and Customer Success to make sure our clients have a great experience from onboarding through renewal and beyond. You'll also have a strong commercial focus: spotting upsell and cross-sell opportunities, growing account value, and protecting recurring revenue.

This is a role for someone who is proactive rather than reactive. We don't want someone who waits for a client to email when something goes wrong. We want someone who knows their accounts, understands their business, stays ahead of their needs, and finds opportunities before the client has to ask.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You'll Do

  • Own and develop a portfolio of existing client accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Act as the main commercial point of contact for your clients, understanding their business, challenges, and priorities.

  • Conduct regular account reviews and proactively engage clients throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Work with clients to understand how they're using our data and identify opportunities to increase adoption.
  • Build account plans for strategic customers, mapping stakeholders, opportunities, and growth potential.
  • Partner with SDRs and AEs to identify opportunities for new business within existing accounts.
  • Work closely with Product and Customer Success to feed customer insights, requests, and market intelligence back into the business.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, maintaining clear visibility across your accounts, renewals, and opportunities.
  • Monitor account health, identify risks early, and take action to prevent churn.

Who You Are

  • You're proactive and organized. You know what's happening across your accounts without needing someone to chase you.
  • You're comfortable having commercial conversations around renewals, pricing, expansion, and contracts.
  • You're consultative. You ask good questions, understand the client's underlying needs, and connect those needs to the right solution.
  • You're resilient and coachable. You take feedback and get better quickly.
  • You want ownership, not just a list of accounts. Given room to lead, you take it.
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and fast change. We evolve quickly, and so do you.
  • You know your way around tools like HubSpot, Attio, or similar CRM and customer management platforms.
  • AI-first mindset. You use it to work smarter, not just faster.
  • Experience working with tax, legal, finance, professional services, or data products is a strong plus.
