Account Manager – Dairy

Salary: £40,000–£50,000 DOE
Location: Hybrid, with regular UK travel to customer sites and farms.

About Vet Vision AI

Vet Vision AI is pioneering smarter, veterinary-driven animal welfare through artificial intelligence.
Our dairy solution is an AI-enabled monitoring platform that continuously tracks cow behaviour and welfare. It turns what happens in the shed and the field into clear, actionable insight.
We work with the retailers, processors, and supply chains shaping the future of dairy. We help them evidence welfare, protect their brands, and improve outcomes for the animals at the heart of it.
We’re building the future of farm animal welfare, and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring an Account Manager to own and grow our dairy customer relationships across the UK dairy sector.
This is not a new-business hunting role. You will be the trusted partner to our existing customers, from major retailers and dairy processors through to the farms in their supply chains.
Your job is simple to describe and hard to do well. Make sure customers get real, measurable value from our platform. Renew and expand those relationships. Be the voice of the customer inside our business.
If you’re commercially sharp, genuinely care about doing right by customers and animals, and want real ownership from day one, this role will stretch you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own retention, renewals, and expansion. You’ll carry the renewal and growth targets for a portfolio of dairy accounts. That means protecting existing revenue and finding the next opportunity inside each relationship.
  • Drive value and adoption. Make sure customers are extracting full value from the platform and can clearly see the impact it’s having, on welfare outcomes and on their commercial goals.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships. Build genuine trust across procurement, technical, agriculture, welfare, and sustainability teams inside large retailers and processors, as well as with the farms where our platform is deployed.
  • Support onboarding and deployment. Help customers and their supply chains get set up successfully, so everyone who needs to use the system can.
  • Turn data into a value story. Use welfare and behaviour insight to show customers the return they’re getting, and to shape their goals, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Be the customer advocate. Bridge the gap to our product and veterinary teams. Feed back what’s really happening on the ground so the product keeps getting better.
  • Support forecasting and account planning. Keep your renewals, expansion opportunities, and pipeline accurate and current.
  • Represent Vet Vision AI. Show up with pride at industry events and build our profile across the dairy and food supply sectors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years in account management, customer success, or relationship management, ideally in a B2B or enterprise setting.
  • A commercial instinct. You understand renewals, expansion, and how to grow revenue by adding value rather than pushing.
  • Confidence managing senior stakeholders across large organisations.
  • Data literacy. You’re comfortable using data to build a clear, credible value story.
  • Experience in dairy, agriculture, food supply chains, or agritech is a real advantage. A fast learner with the right attitude will still be considered.
  • A self-starter, comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, scaling business.
  • A genuine passion for animal welfare. You care about the mission, not just the numbers.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK to customer sites and farms. A UK driving licence is essential.
