Account Manager, PG One (Lifestyle, Health & Beauty)

We are hiring an Account Manager to join our PG One team, working across a portfolio of world-leading lifestyle, health and beauty brands. This is an exciting opportunity to shape culturally relevant campaigns, build trusted client relationships and deliver work that drives meaningful business impact. You'll collaborate with talented colleagues across disciplines to create integrated communications programmes that connect brands with audiences in authentic and engaging ways. What you'll be doing:

  • Lead integrated communications programmes across multiple brands and markets, delivering campaigns that drive engagement, visibility and business results.
  • Build strong client relationships, providing trusted counsel and ensuring excellence across campaign planning, activation and reporting.
  • Create compelling stories and secure earned media opportunities through proactive engagement with consumer, lifestyle, health, beauty and national media.
  • Manage busy press office activity, responding to media enquiries, coordinating approvals and identifying opportunities to amplify brand visibility.
  • Deliver impactful influencer, social and experiential activations, overseeing timelines, budgets, logistics and stakeholder management from start to finish.
  • Monitor cultural, media, digital and technology trends, identifying opportunities to enhance campaign performance and client outcomes.
  • Support and develop junior colleagues through coaching, feedback and day-to-day guidance that strengthens team capability and collaboration.

  • Experience in a PR, communications or integrated agency environment, ideally supporting consumer, lifestyle, beauty, health or FMCG brands.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder groups while maintaining a high standard of delivery.
  • Strong media relations skills, with experience developing stories, identifying opportunities and securing earned coverage.
  • Experience delivering integrated earned, social, influencer or digital communications campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI, search evolution and the changing communications landscape.
  • Collaborative, organised and adaptable approach, with a commitment to building positive relationships and delivering great work as part of a team.
