Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Remote (UK-based)

Work from home, London-based with regular face-to-face meetings with clients and colleagues.

About the Agency

We are an independent creative and design agency partnering with ambitious brands across branding, digital experiences, and packaging design. Operating on a remote-first model, we believe great work comes from trust, flexibility, and autonomy. We are looking for a mid-weight Account Manager with three to five years of agency experience to join our client services team and help drive organic growth across our expanding portfolio.

Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for our key clients, managing creative workflows from brief to final delivery. You will act as the bridge between our clients and our remote design, strategy, and production teams. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, and proactively identifying opportunities to add value and grow existing accounts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
