Key Responsibilities
- Activate and optimise digital media campaigns across display, video, audio and programmatic channels.
- Develop media plans and campaign strategies that align with client objectives and KPIs.
- Manage campaign delivery, pacing, troubleshooting and performance optimisation across multiple platforms and markets.
- Work closely with media partners, technology vendors and internal teams to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time.
- Create and maintain campaign documentation, including media plans and cost forecasts.
- Collaborate with offshore teams, providing clear briefs, guidance and quality assurance.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across planning, finance, client and activation teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies.
- Act as a go-to expert for digital investment, activation and optimisation best practice.

Skills Required
- Experience in digital media buying, activation, investment or campaign management.
- Strong understanding of digital channels, media planning and performance optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as DV360, Google Ads, Amazon DSP, Teads or similar.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data and using Excel to manage large datasets.
- Confident managing stakeholders across clients, vendors and internal teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach to work.
- Agency experience and knowledge of brand safety platforms are advantageous.
