Account Manager (Distribution and Logistics)
£28000 - £32,000 plus benefits
Reports to: Head of Distribution and Logistics
Directorate: Marketing, Fundraising & Engagement
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time 35 hours per week
Location: Stratford, London Office-based with high flexibility (1-2 days per week in the office)

We are looking for a proactive, organised and detail-orientated Account Manager to support our Distribution and Logistics Trading team. As the Account Manager you will deliver high-quality operational, reporting, and stakeholder support enabling informed decision-making across Distribution & Logistics.
In this varied role you will play a key role in supporting accurate financial control, performance visibility, and effective stakeholder coordination across a broad network of internal teams and external partners.
What will I be doing?
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and financial records, ensuring compliance with authorisation processes and accurate budget tracking.
- Produce and analyse operational, commercial, and performance reports across suppliers, logistics partners, campaigns, and donation streams.
- Maintain accurate data sets to support KPI monitoring, SLA performance measurement, and monthly reporting.
- Translate complex data into clear insights and reporting materials to inform decision-making and quarterly performance reviews.
- Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners, building strong collaborative relationships.
- Support and contribute to stakeholder review meetings by providing performance analysis, reporting, and operational insights.
- Resolve operational, supplier, and customer queries efficiently, identifying trends and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain processes, SOPs, and Safe Systems of Work while driving operational efficiency, service excellence, and inclusive stakeholder engagement.

What are we looking for?
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and prioritisation
- Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to interpret and analyse data, translating it into meaningful insights
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good numeracy and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate findings clearly
- Experience working in a fast-paced operational or logistics environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience producing reports, data packs, or performance analysis
