Drive Customer Growth and Success
GTT is hiring an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with enterprise customers. You will play a key role in driving revenue expansion and ensuring a high-quality customer experience across GTT’s cloud networking and secure connectivity portfolio including SD WAN, SASE and managed network services.

About the role
You will manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, focusing on retention, growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with Sales, Solutions Consulting and Customer Success teams to align on customer needs and deliver outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts
- Drive adoption of GTT solutions including SD WAN, SASE, Internet and cloud networking
- Develop and execute account plans to identify renewal, expansion and cross sell opportunities
- Build strong relationships through regular customer engagement and business reviews
- Translate customer requirements into scalable network and security solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support customer outcomes
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline and account data in CRM systems
- Support proposals, bids and contract renewals where required

What we’re looking for
Essential:
- 3 to 5 years of account management or sales experience in B2B technology, IT services or telecommunications
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and support revenue growth
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using CRM platforms
Nice to have:
- Experience working with enterprise or multinational customers
- Understanding of networking, cloud or security technologies
- Strong organisational and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
