Account Manager

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 DOE
Location: London
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days in the office

The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a growing creative and production studio to find an Account Manager who can become a trusted partner to some of its key brand clients.

Sitting between the client and the studio’s creative and production teams, you’ll make sure ambitious projects are delivered smoothly while developing strong, long-term relationships and spotting opportunities to grow accounts.

You may come from a traditional advertising, creative agency or production environment, but you’ll be interested in how brands are increasingly investing in entertainment, creators and platforms such as YouTube. Alternatively, you might come from a strong social publisher or digital content business and want broader exposure to advertising and high-end production.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
