Account Manager – Managed Service Provider (MSP)

📍 Newcastle | Hybrid Working | £35,000–£45,000 DOE + £25k–£30k OTE (uncapped, Year 1) and rising annually

About the Role

We're an established Newcastle-based MSP looking for an experienced Account Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of existing client accounts. This is a relationship-first, revenue-driving role, not cold-calling new business, but expanding and protecting what we've already won.

What You'll Do

  • Own a book of existing MSP client accounts, acting as their primary commercial point of contact
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our managed services, cloud, security, and infrastructure offerings
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with client stakeholders (IT Managers, Ops Directors, business owners)
  • Conduct regular account reviews, renewals, and contract negotiations
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Hit and exceed revenue growth targets across your portfolio

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
