Airbox Fulfilment is growing, and we’re looking for a Client Account Manager to join our team! We work with a variety of high-profile brands, including Hoodrich, The Rugby World Cup, Billionaire Boys Club, Wild Cosmetics and Naked Wolfe, managing their logistics and fulfilment operations efficiently.

About The Role

We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused Ecommerce Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Managing a portfolio of ecommerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day customer queries
  • Ensuring customer SLAs and service standards are consistently achieved
  • Working closely with Warehouse Operations to coordinate inbound deliveries, stock management and dispatch performance
  • Managing courier issues, shipment delays and customer escalations
  • Supporting product launches, promotional campaigns and peak trading periods
  • Analysing customer performance and recommending operational improvements
  • Building trusted, long-term relationships that help our clients grow

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in Ecommerce Account Management, Customer Success or Client Services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience within ecommerce, fulfilment or third-party logistics (3PL)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving ability
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and helping customers succeed
