About The Role

In your role as Account Manager with Essity, your focus will be working with the Tork® brand, you will maintain and develop our market leading position and customer relationships while actively prospecting for new profitable business, covering the East Anglia/East Midlands region.

TORK is the leading global professional hygiene brand with sales in 110 countries. The TORK brand offers professional hygiene products and solutions to customers ranging from restaurants and healthcare facilities to offices, schools and industries. Products include dispensers, paper towels, toilet tissue, soap, napkins, and industrial and kitchen wipers, as well as intelligent washroom dispensing systems.

What You Will Do

As an Account Manager you will be working directly with distributors within your territory across the East Midlands/East Anglia region. You will use value added selling models as well as being comfortable in using your own initiative to drive sales and create new business directly with end customers.

You would be joining a dynamic team that embraces change, empowers its employees, and is committed to developing you and celebrating your success. This role is ideally suited to a career minded, ambitious individual who is looking for that unique opportunity to prove what they can do and then be rewarded for it. Even the most experienced people in this position will have the opportunity to expand and improve their skill sets in many areas.

This role will require regular travel with overnight stays.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in account management and new business development
  • Strong planning and organisation skills that have delivered against targets
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to seek out sales opportunities
  • Determined, has patience as well as urgency to initiate and develop customer relationships
  • Takes responsibility and is accountable in approach to work objectives and targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and CRM
