Account Manager - E-Commerce
Location: UK
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + benefits
Job Type: Hybrid/ Remote
We are partnering with a fast-growing, premium consumer goods business to recruit an experienced eCommerce Account Manager to join its expanding commercial team.
This is a great opportunity with a well-established brand that has achieved significant growth across UK grocery, online retail and direct-to-consumer channels. The role offers the chance to take ownership of key digital accounts, including Ocado and Amazon, while also driving performance across the company’s own website.
The Role
Reporting into the Commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for accelerating online sales growth, improving digital visibility and enhancing customer acquisition and retention across multiple eCommerce channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key online retail accounts
- Lead the day-to-day management of Ocado and Amazon.
- Deliver sales, profit and growth targets.
- Plan promotions, launches and joint business initiatives.
- Monitor pricing, availability, search visibility and digital shelf performance.
- Drive direct-to-consumer website performance
- Optimise traffic, conversion and average order value.
- Support digital campaigns, product launches and promotional activity.
- Work closely with marketing on SEO, email, paid media and social commerce.
- Analyse performance and identify growth opportunities
- Use sales and analytics data to generate actionable insights.
- Track competitor activity and emerging eCommerce trends.
- Recommend initiatives to improve online revenue and profitability.
- Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Category teams.

About You
We are looking for a commercially minded eCommerce professional with experience in FMCG, food & drink, or consumer products.

You will ideally have:
- Proven experience managing Amazon and/or Ocado accounts.
- Experience supporting or managing a D2C eCommerce website.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills.
- Knowledge of digital merchandising, marketplace performance, and online retail media.
- Experience using tools such as Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Google Analytics, Shopify (or similar), and Excel.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
