Location: Waterloo (Hybrid after probation)

Join our growing account management team and play a key role in supporting law firms and in-house legal departments using eCOS.

We're looking for a commercially minded Account Manager to manage a portfolio of key clients, drive product adoption and engagement, and identify opportunities to grow customer accounts.

As demand for eCOS continues to grow, we're expanding our account management team to ensure clients receive a seamless experience and maximum value from our products and services.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of law firms and in-house legal departments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, MRLOs and IT teams.
  • Drive product adoption and client engagement through regular check-ins, training and best-practice sharing.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Understand client goals and challenges to offer tailored solutions and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Monitor usage data, feedback and support issues to proactively address client needs.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support and Marketing to ensure a seamless client experience.

What we're looking for

Essential:

  • 2-5 years of experience in account management, client success or SaaS sales, ideally in the legal or technology sector.
  • A demonstrable track record of growing customer accounts through upselling, cross-selling and identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach, with the ability to maintain high levels of customer engagement through regular calls, meetings and account development activity.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build lasting relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Confidence using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and customer success tools.
  • A team-player mindset, strong commercial acumen and a client-first approach.

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience working with law firms or in-house legal departments.
  • A strong understanding of legal workflows and legal technology products.

Working Hours

Your working week will be 37.5 hours per week, typically 9:00am - 5:30pm initially, with opportunities for flexitime and hybrid working between home and your designated InfoTrack office once probation is completed.
