Join a driving force in cell & gene therapy. We’re seeking a passionate Field Account Manager to identify new business opportunities, nurture key relationships, and accelerate market access for our transfection and viral vector production solutions across mainland Europe.

The Role

  • Own the opportunity pipeline from first contact to closed deal, forecasting sustainable growth.
  • Build and leverage strong relationships with stakeholders in the cell & gene therapy space to accelerate adoption and market access.
  • Collaborate with field application scientists and channel partners to shape regional strategy and execute proposals and projects on time.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, elevating brand presence.
  • Maintain accurate account records, support territory planning, and drive pipeline development.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage new prospects and nurture existing customers; manage opportunities and forecast revenue.
  • Align cross-functional teams (FAS, Customer Support, Quality, and Regulatory) to meet customer needs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Partner with distributors or channel partners to expand reach and impact.
  • Track market trends, regulatory challenges, and drug asset pipelines to inform strategy.
  • Deliver compelling proposals, post-sale support, and ongoing relationship management.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field; 2–4+ years in life science sales or account management.
  • Deep understanding of the cell & gene therapy landscape, including upstream workflows at scale and regulatory considerations.
  • Proven network and knowledge of Europe’s CGT ecosystem; established relationships are a plus.
  • Experience working with distributors or channel partners.
  • Knowledge of transfection or viral vector workflows.
  • Proficient in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and comfortable with data-driven selling.
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, strategic, and confident in field execution.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
