About the Role
TRM’s Commercial team is expanding its EMEA Public Sector footprint, and this high-autonomy Account Manager position is central to that growth. You will own a portfolio of public sector accounts across the EMEA region, managing the full post-sale lifecycle—from onboarding through renewal and expansion—while leveraging modern account intelligence and workflow tools to drive growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds trusted relationships quickly, and turns renewals into growth opportunities with precision.
Key Impact Areas
- Drive net retention and expansion across EMEA public sector accounts
- Own full renewal and expansion motions (negotiation to close), with quota accountability for retention and growth
- Use account research and customer intelligence tools to prepare for conversations, ensuring deep context on account priorities, operating environments, and compliance needs
- Build trusted relationships with senior and frontline stakeholders, maintaining long-term engagement
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce, ensuring visibility into account health, renewal timing, and expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Solutions Architecture to translate customer feedback into actionable insights, surfacing high-priority themes across your book

Retention & Growth Strategy
- Analyse white space and upsell opportunities, prioritising pipeline with high conviction
- Proactively anticipate renewal risks, flagging early and driving mitigating actions
- Hold stakeholders accountable for contract renewals, ensuring timely execution

Account Management & Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct thoughtful nurture campaigns to deepen relationships with key decision-makers
- Act as the primary customer advocate, ensuring cross-functional alignment (CS, Sales, Product)
- Educate and upskill internal teams on public sector challenges and evolving needs

Data-Driven Forecasting & Reporting
- Maintain impeccable Salesforce hygiene, with real-time pipeline tracking
- Support ** weekly/quarterly forecasting meetings**, driven by data and account-specific insights

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product teams to refine solutions based on feedback, identifying scale-worthy patterns
- Coordinate with Customer Success to align post-go-live support with commercial goals

Adaptability & Problem-Solving
- Operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment, owning outcomes without waiting for directives
- Adjust strategies in response to regulatory changes, budget shifts, or competitor activity
Experience & Requirements
Essential
- 3+ years in SDR, Account Management, Customer Success, or post-sale SaaS roles—preferably in public sector/regulatory tech
- Proven quota responsibility for renewals and expansions, with a track record of commercial negotiation end-to-end
- Familiarity with financial crime compliance (AML, sanctions, or KYC) or rapid ramping capability in highly regulated sectors
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business with competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Ability to build credibility across varying stakeholder levels, from technical teams to board-level executives
- Data-savvy with strong Salesforce proficiency, including pipeline forecasting and reporting
- Autonomy & accountability mindset—high owner-ship, follow-through, and startup-like urgency
Desirable
- Prior experience with EMEA markets (UK, France, Germany, etc.) or multilingual fluency (()]__)
- Background in AI technologies applied to investigations or intelligence would be a plus
- Optionally: FinTech, cybersecurity, or law enforcement tech experience
About the Team

Time Zone: Primary EMEA support but expects overlap with US-based teams for internal syncs.
