About Flywheel

Flywheel helps founders and GTM leaders run content and outbound. We publish content, mine the engagement for real buyers, and turn that attention into pipeline. We work with high-growth B2B startups and scale-ups.

The role

Customers are onboarding faster than we can staff, so we are hiring an Account Manager to own the customer relationship from onboarding through renewal. You own a portfolio of accounts and are accountable for adoption, results, retention, and expansion.

What you’ll own

  • Own a portfolio of customers and act as their main point of contact.
  • Run onboarding and drive adoption so customers reach value quickly.
  • Build working relationships with founders, CMOs, CROs, and GTM leaders.
  • Translate each customer’s goals into a content and GTM plan, and keep it current.
  • Interview executives and pull out the insights that shape their positioning, messaging, and content.
  • Use Flywheel’s AI systems to produce LinkedIn content at scale, then edit for quality and voice.
  • Report on progress, outcomes, and ROI on a set cadence.
  • Own renewals and expansion, and hit gross and net retention targets.
  • Find ways to drive revenue for customers: outbound to engaged ICPs, speaking slots, launches, and other GTM support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
