Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager (M/F) to join our Products Solutions Team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships within the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) sector, with a specific focus on the ICPs, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Data Centre segments.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand business within the T&D, ICP, BESS, and Data Centre markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, project management, and support teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and services.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the Energy Infrastructure sector to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and regular performance reports to both clients and senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven working experience in an account management, business development, or sales role within a similar industry, specifically related to energy infrastructure or industrial electrical equipment.
  • Deep understanding of the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) sector, including knowledge of substations, switchgear, and related systems.
  • Demonstrated experience and technical fluency in one or more of the following segments: ICP, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), or Data Centre power solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.

Desirable

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Existing network of contacts within the T&D, BESS, or Data Centre industries.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
