Via is supporting a growing creative agency to recruit a Junior Account Executive to join its Client Services team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate, recent intern or someone looking to take their first step into account management, client services or project coordination. If you're highly organised, proactive and enjoy working with people, this role offers fantastic training, genuine career progression and the opportunity to work on exciting projects for well-known brands. No previous agency experience is required—we're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn.
The Role
You'll support the Client Services team across a range of exciting projects, helping to deliver exceptional service to clients while keeping projects organised behind the scenes. Working closely with account managers, designers and senior stakeholders, you'll gain hands-on experience across client communication, project coordination, reporting and commercial administration.

What You'll Be Doing
- Support client projects from initial briefing through to delivery
- Build positive relationships with clients and internal teams
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas and circulate actions
- Coordinate project administration and keep documentation up to date
- Set up new projects and maintain project management systems
- Support onboarding of new clients
- Carry out research to support client projects and proposals
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline information
- Assist with client reporting, presentations and case studies
- Help organise client events, feedback surveys and marketing initiatives
- Monitor project deadlines and ensure actions are completed on time
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and client experience

You'll also have:
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with different people and building relationships
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or similar software
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams or Zoom is beneficial
